Fourth Open Call for Inter-city Networking Grants
Applications for the fourth open call period of the Inter-city Networking Grants started on Tuesday, 27 May 2025.
Focusing on the development of dialogue and cooperation between different actors beyond the main cultural centres, the grant programme encourages interaction and networking across Türkiye. Applications for the Inter-city Networking Grants, which aim to implement intercity projects and include cultural actors from different cities in these projects, will close on Monday, 14 July 2025 at 18:00.
Only civil society organizations with the status of an association, foundation, or cooperative (with legal status) can apply to the programme. The Inter-city Networking Grants, which provide grant support of up to 30,000 euros for one year, requires applicants to have at least five years of activity history. The activities planned to be carried out within the scope of the applied project must cover more than one city, and for applications made from Istanbul, Ankara or Izmir, the participants must be from other cities.
Applications to the Inter-city Networking Grants can be made for exchange programmes, guest artist programmes, conference series, intercity education programmes, inter-institutional network development programmes and exhibition projects.
Priority is given to activities that support rights-based activities; bring together actors with different ethnic, religious and linguistic backgrounds; and focus on issues such as gender equality, LGBTI+ rights, social cohesion, human rights, freedom of expression and children's rights.
Applications are made via the Goethe-Institut’s Application Portal. Candidates can find detailed information about the conditions in the Application Guide and Frequently Asked Questions pages. Applications will close on Monday, 14 July 2025 at 18:00.
