INTER-CITY NETWORKING GRANTS

Fourth Open Call
Supported Projects Announced

The projects supported in the fourth open call period of the Inter-city Networking Grants have been announced. Inter-City Networking Grants focus on the development of inter-city networks and dialogue between different actors beyond the urban and cultural centres of Ankara, İstanbul and İzmir. These grants foster decentralised exchange and network-building throughout Turkey.

A total of 46 applications were submitted to the call, which was open between 17 May and 14 July 2025. After the technical evaluation by the CultureCIVIC team, the applications were forwarded to the jury members. Applications were evaluated by academician Dr. Sinan Erensü, project manager and consultant Kubilay Özmen, and Anadolu Kültür project coordinator Mukadder Ezel Yılmaz, and the projects to be supported were determined.
