Fourth Open Call for the Structural Support Grants
The Structural Support Grants, which aim to support organizations in maintaining their independent operations, provides financial support for capacity building for organizations developing projects in the field of culture and arts. The Structural Support Grant Program also aims to contribute to the wider audience participation by providing renewed venues for cultural and arts gatherings.
Applications for the Structural Support Granst, which provide grant support to a total of ten applicants in each open call: five from Istanbul, Ankara, and Izmir, and five from other provinces, opened on August 19th. The program closes on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 6:00 PM.
The activities supported by the program include:
- Renovation or improvement of project areas
- Establishment of new spaces and critical technical equipment
- Rent support for permanent performance space (local theater, gallery, art center, and spaces for teamwork to build professional capacity)
- Digital infrastructure development
- Training and assignment of experts to increase the organization's reach and operational capacity
These activities are required to contribute to the organization's increased artistic production, performance, and activity capacity.
Civil society organizations, cultural and arts institutions, collectives, and initiatives are eligible to apply for the program. Applicants must document three years of activities in the field of culture and arts, while collectives and initiatives must document five years of activities.
The program provides grant support of up to a maximum of €20,000 for each selected institution.
When evaluating the projects that support rights-based activities and bring together actors from diverse ethnic, religious, and linguistic backgrounds; Priority is given to activities focusing on issues such as social cohesion, human rights, freedom of expression, gender equality, LGBTI+ rights, or children's rights.
