Fourth Open Call
Applications for the Art Production Fund opened on Tuesday, 9 December 2025, and will close on Tuesday, 13 January 2026, at 18:00. Applicants supported under the Art Production Fund, which is open to artists in the field of visual arts, will be accompanied by mentors who will support their work while realizing their project ideas. The program focuses on artists from a wide geography beyond Ankara, Istanbul and Izmir.
The Art Production Fund, which is open to the application of artists between the ages of 25 and 45 working in the field of visual arts, provides support to the beneficiaries for the works they will develop under the consultancy of competent names from the field of culture-arts or academia. In this way, it is aimed to create a space for experience sharing, networking and access to the art world, along with providing artists with the opportunity to produce new works. The Art Production Fund is only open to the application of artists residing in Turkey. Two-thirds of the artistic production to be supported will be selected from applications made from cities other than Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir.
The Art Production Fund, which is open to the applications of artists between the ages of 25 and 45 working in the field of visual arts and artists who will produce projects together, provides support up to a maximum of 6,000 euros for each project. Joint applications can be made to the Artistic Production Fund, which will support a total of 40 art projects with two open calls until 2028. Applicants are expected to have at least 2 years of experience in the visual arts field. Applications can be made with a project in the fields of painting, drawing, print, sculpture, ceramics, photography, sound, video and installation within the field of visual arts, or for an interdisciplinary work involving several of these mediums.
